Bottle or patch labels are manufactured with their own set of technical standards with a particular focus on brand colour consistency, diecutting conformity, flatness and paper conditioning. As they are often applied by our customers in-line it is critical that the application performance is consistently capable of high-speeds.

With Logans in-house ink colour-matching system the brand colours are produced to a very high level of consistency and managed throughout the print run with on-press colour measurement technology. Overcoatings are spec’ed to provide ideal label slip with a high gloss visual appearance.

Refined die-cutting techniques and in-house die-knife tuning maintain precise label dimensions to allow high speed labeling. The label paper is ideally conditioned throughout the process to provide final bundles that are flat and stable.
